Kraft It Up And Paint Party Fiday

So.,..I said I have decided to start scrapping again with an arty twist...And even though the look isn't as neat or as scrapbooking memories style, I am thoroughly enjoying the arty part of doing this...at last the perfect combination for me...I know this style won't suit many, but, I'm happy!!!

The first is where I decided to paint a white tree...the symbol to me of family and growth, thust the phot of Jacob and Maddie in a loving embrace...the joys of being a parent far outweighs those tough time for sure...

The second is where I just smudged paint all over in red...and di a bit if credit card stamping and doodling...
gotta love getting your hands messy...

I love these layouts. I'm not a scrapper but do appreciate beautiful layouts. I think including some of your own artwork makes these even more special.

I love it Mandy!! It's so YOU and that's what's important! It will be very boring if we all scrapped the same way. :) Can't wait to see more. xx

They're both lovely Mandy! Your style is fantastic and it is so nice that you mix in your painting with the scrapping. Do what's right for you I say.

Thanks Mandy! Well, this I think is exactly what you need: this kind of small journal to use when you are at dr's appointments and busy with the kids - I'll pick one up for you the next time I got to our craft store! xoxo

Hey sweetie. I did post that and then deleted it. I worried that the family that is giving me a hard time will see it and I just don't want to add anymore drama. I can't seem to be free that judge me anywhere. ...miss you!!! Is everyone ok?
