NEW DT Position....

Good morning and Happy Sunday. I have some very exciting news....Earlier on this month I applied for a spot on the Scrap with V design team...and I am so excited to say that I was selected as one of thenew DT TEAm...how cool is that.

I have to tell you the girls are all so welcoming...there are great challenges...My first Cybercrop with them is on Friday night, 5th February...but not only that...the kits are awesome and the shop has such a huge range of goodies...can't wait to get there and shop...

getting my blinkie real soon...in the meantime, I have all the other DT blogs you can go visit on my sidebar...go have a wander and check out SCRAP WITH V, sign up and come and have a chat.

Well...was this epic...I thought after my last bag making event of 45 minutes it may have taken about an hour longer....but over 3 hours longer...But I must admit I do like it a whole lot more, and it was just an invention out of my head, so I shouldn't whinge too much, and I will definitely use it...

So, this is what I started with...

And as I said,

4 hours later...

Well. what do you think???worth making a few more...I am thinking I may make a couple more of the plain, no frill ones....They take up way less material and much quicker too...

Well...that's it for now, about to have a coffee and put my feet up and enjoy relaxing with the kids on their last day of hols!!!!

Baby hugs, Big boy hugs, bear hugs...

This is a page through the years of Cameron and Lachlan...they had a special bond when they were little, and still do. I love hug photos...don't you!!!???

I made the letters myself by glueing newspaper to some old sheet packaging, I then watercoloured the newspaper. When it was dry I used my cuttlebug machine...think it was REDTAG dies. I then used dimensional magic on the letters....

If you don't have a die cutting machine, you have to get yourself one. I use mine on nearly every page I do!

He loves me...he loves me not...Friday Sketches

Who of you out there didn't do this as a child, and if it didn't land on the one you wanted you would do it again until it worked your way...or was that just me???

He loves me...he loves me not!

Well, with valentines day coming up I thought I would make some little cards for my kids....sh!!!!!don't tell them....I got this cute little stamp of ebay...lol...and this was so fun to colour...I used my water colour pencils I got for christmas...love them to bits....used some gorgeous basic grey papers...love that stuff too!!!

This was a sketch challenge over at friday sketchers.... this is only my second card challenge...mmmm....

Well...I plan on making another card, a bag and some scrap embellies today...so best I get off this thing and start creating...until next time...
