My kids love cheese...so do I. So I created a pizza actually 2 pizzas for our family of 9 tonight, a 5 cheese pizza.
A year or two ago I bought a bread maker...I mostly use it for dough. My dough recipe is simple.
4 cups of plain flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 sachet 7g powdered yeast
60 ml oil...I used macadamia oil tonight
Pop it all in the bread maker and an hour and a half later the dough is ready. Pop it into the fridge until your ready to use it. I usually make it in the morning.
Pizza sauce
About 14 small roma tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
Garden herbs
I used rosemary, mint and basil
Whizz all but 4 of the tomatoes with all the other ingredients in a food processor.
Heart some olive oil in a pot and pour mixture in. Cook until it boils the turn it down and simmer for a while. Chop up remainder of the tomatoes and toss the in the pot. Cook until they are tender. Turn off heat and let cool.
Roll out pizza bases with a bit of flour on the bench....and throw them up in the air to impress the kids...lol...I made 3 very large ones with this amount of dough.
I spread the sauce then added
Grated mozzarella
Grated tasty
Crumbled feta
Slice round mozzarella
And grated parmesan cheese
Pop it into a hot oven until it's cooked.
Serve with a nice green salad.
Yummo and all the family agree. A delicious vegie meal.
Definitely worth a try if you gave an idle bread maker...I have already been asked if I could make it again...
Until next time
Lots of it
Mandy

Hi, Mandy. Just popping in to say Hi! We just started our first raised bed vegetable garden. The kids did all the research and work. I bought the supplies. They feel very proud to take ownership of this project. Looking forward to some fresh organic eatin'. (insert Texas accent.) I love your recent painting. It's gorgeous.
