Sunny page....

Another challenge over at scrap with v...well 2 challenges...had very tricky criteria with the sunny page and a few rules with the card..lots of ribbon for one...this card has a bookmark with it...oops...forgot the blind challenge as well...do you like my handmade flower thing???lol...

ok...well that's it for today...

did a page for next months challenge at artastc too..but can't show you that yet...lol

Butterflies

Well...all day it has taken, but i think it's worth it and so does Maddie....last night saw my first cybercrop over at scrapping with v and this is the first challenge...posted by Wendy...must use polka dots, must reuse packaging of your supplies, incorperaate something that flies and frame your photo...

The black polka dot butterfly is the backing of the prima say it in studs, from the lovely Amanda I also used the transprency from a sticker, the dots and frame are obvious as is the flying thing...I trhought I'd tke it outside the box so to speak and make a pretty co ordinating butterfly garland...it looks adorable in her bedroom...

I know one of my scrappy friends will love this...hope she gets on over and has a little look...

Well...thaats it for now...off to do another challenge..

I AM EXCITED...

My very first cc as dt...lol...

So, come and join me and a gorgeous group of ladies, have some fun , I think I may stock up on some good coffee and chocolte so I can stay up late...hee hee hee...

A little ps...my computer is on a mega go slow t the moment, some pages are taking 5 minutes to load so please forgive me for not checking your blogs...promise I will when I am back and running properly...you know I love to visit you all!!!

Madeleine...

Madeleine is a miracle...when she was 8 weeks old she developed rsv bronchiolitis and was put on life support...we were asked if we wanted to have her christened in hospital and told to bring in the family to say goodbye...you can see in the first photo she was a very sick little girl...she was in total organ failure and had oxygen levels of 56% and carbon dioxide poisoning and sepsis...TOTAL body poisoning through infection.

She was on life support for two whole weeks, going through 3 different sorts of ventilators, the third being the one that ultimately and miraculously saved her life.

A very stressful period in my life, as Jacob was also on life support at the same time...I'll tell his story when I do his page...

So, here is a page I did to celebrate her strength, her joy. her love and my love for her...

Hope you like it...she sure did...lol
